Banbury Market is an old charter market held in the Market Place in the Town Centre of Banbury on Thurdays and Saturdays in three adjoining areas in the heart of the major shops and adjacent Castle Quay Shopping Mall. There is an abundance of cheap parking close by and the market is situated next to the bus station and taxi ranks. The market square is very picturesque and on market day it is very busy. The Saturday market is larger than Thursdays. Stalls are provided but each trader is expected to bring their own sheets/canopies but must be green and white candy striped. If new traders forget to bring them we can supply them at cost price. No Electric.

Directions: Off M40 at Junction 11 follow signs into Town Centre.

Bilston Sunday Market and Car Boot
Location: Black Country Route - opposite Morrison in Town Centre West Midlands WV14 0DR

Bilston Sunday market is a mixture of bric a brac and general retails varying from meat and fruit and veg to collectors records and Victoriana. The market is very busy early and tends to taper off at lunch time. Stalls are fixed with tables but there is room for own rigs by appointment. No Electric.Very competitive rates. Peak trading is September to May but fairly constant throughout. Free and cheap parking close by with some on street parking. Very well served by public transport. Directions to Bilston Market: Off M6 at Junction 10 and follow signs to Bilston then Bilston Market. The adjacent undercover market Hall is not open on Sundays. Bilston is a Charter Market.

Chippenham Market

Chippenham charter market is held each Friday and Saturday at Buttercross market Square off High Street and next to Chippenham Bus station. There is a mixture of traders "own rigs"and stalls provided which are continental style. Electric available. Cheap parking is close to the market on three sides. Picturesque location steady trading. Off M4 and follow sins for Chippenham Town Centre.

Desborough Thursday morning market is held in the The Square in Desborough Town centre. Gosport Market

Gosport Market is held every Tuesday and Saturday in Gosport High Street, which is pedestrianised. Saturday is the larger of the two markets but both Tuesday and Saturday are by far the busiest days of the week in Gosport particularly during the summer months. This market is a traders "own rig" market and no stalls are available to hire. No electric. On the second Tuesday a Farmers Market is also held next to the regular twice-weekly market. There is an abundance of cheap parking surrounding the High Street with a very busy bus station and ferry terminal at its Southern end. The ferry links Gosport to Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. To find Gosport Market follow signs to Gosport from M27 Junction 11 onto A32.

England's largest regular Saturday and bank Holiday Monday Market held on a former Battle of Britain airfield with historic links to WW1 and is still an active airfield to this day. The market is held on an immense concrete and tarmac apron with hundreds of stalls selling a vast array of goods at discount prices. To visit all the stalls would need an entire day particularly as the market has recently expanded it's vastness by introducing even more stalls in Hangar 1 which is adjacent to the outside stalls.

Car parking is free and the airfield can boast parking for several 1000's of cars. There is a designated Disabled parking area for over 250 vehicles with disabled toilet facilities complete with wheelchair ramps. We subsidise scheduled Arriva bus services from Harlow, Loughton, Epping and Ongar so that customers can take advantage of very cheap return ticket prices and leave their cars at home if they wish. Nearest railway station is Harlow and tube station Epping.

Average attendance has been estimated at 30,000 peaking to 75,000 over Bank Holiday weekends at Easter. Next to the market is a car boot sale which is closely monitored to ensure that only second hand items are sold on it as an added attraction. The Airfield museum is open on market days too. Ramsgate Market days are Fridays and Saturdays and is situated in the pedestrianised areas of the Town centre just off the seafront namely High Street, Queen Street, King Street and Cavendish Street. The market is busy all year round but more so during the Summer period obviously being a resort. The market is an "own rig" market whereby traders provide their own stalls. Wickford Market

Wickford Market’s new operators Hughmark International have steadily introduced new traders selling goods not previously on offer since they took over on 1st April 2006. Customer footfall levels are increasing week by week as the interest level rises helped, no doubt, by the advertising campaign the operators are embarking on, particularly on the radio. Wickford Friday and Saturday Markets are noticeably improved and in time the Monday and Tuesday Markets will follow suit. Wickford Market, which is just off the High Street enjoys cheap parking nearby and a local railway station closeby. It is well served by many local bus routes. Wickford Market is mainly an outdoor Market but also affords undercover facilities for traders that prefer to trade in the dry.
