Specialist Markets

Most Town Centre Managers and Councils are on the look out for a special promotion that will increase interest and footfall to their Shopping Centres. Hughmark International is able to assist this process by providing the following markets and special events either as a regular feature or just periodically.

Farmers Markets
What can be better than buying top-class products from local growers and providers. We insist that all produce is locally produced by local farmers. We are members of FARMA We can provide continental style awnings for local producers. Click here for more information

Italian Markets
This colourful market has genuine Italian Products sold by UK-based Italian retailers. Awnings are the same colour as the Italian flag, Red, White and Green.

Product range as follows:
Bread, Pasta, Olives, Oils and Vinegar, Biscuits, Cheese, Jams, Marmalades, Sweets and Nougat and many more.

French Markets
We utilise four of the larger French Teams that operate in the UK. La France Chez Vous, Marche de France, Brunomart and Traditional Market Ltd.

The product range is as follows:
Bread and Croissants, Olives, Biscuits, Vegetables, Garlic, meats, Chocolate, Cheeses, dried fruits, pancakes etc. The goods are genuine French and the traders commute form France on a weekly basis.

Continental Markets
Something a little different! As well a French this market
also had Begian, Dutch, Spanish, German and Italian traders.

Product range as follows:
Food products: Home made biscuits from Brittany, olives, vegetables from South of France, smoked garlic, wine (Muscadet, Bordeau and Champagne), French cheeses, Portuguese cake,italian nougat, homemade honey and jam, cider, sweets and chichi (caramelized peanuts popular on the French beach), French bread and patisserie, charcuterie (cured meat, smoked ham, paté, foie Gras), saucisson sec and salaisons (dried meat), tartiflette from the French Alps, crêpes, Belgian chocolate, dried fruits, German sausages, Dutch waffles, spices and mustards, Italian deli, Spanish chouros.
Non-food: Marseille soap, Paris handbags and leather items, wooden flowers, handmade kitchenware, cashmere scarves, oil lamps, table cloths and decorative fabrics from Provence, crafts, handmade belts, crystal items, vases and ornaments from Limoge, African art from Senegal and Ivory Coast.

Cheese and Wine Festivals
If your town or City is twinned with a Town or City in Europe we would be pleased to assist your Twinning Committee to set up a Cheese and Wine Festival as part of other Twinning events on your Calendar.

Community Markets
This market is charity based and affords all fund raisers, associations, societies and clubs in your area with an outlet to either raise funds or public awareness of their activities. A very good public relations outlet and a proven winner footfall wise.

Classic Bike Sales
This is a Specialist Market for Motorcyclists, where motorcycle parts, equipment and clothing related to motorcycling are sold as well as classic motorcycle displays.

Boat Jumbles
Specialist Market that caters for all items marine. Boat parts, tools, sails, nets, paintings, models and antique items.
